I guess there's another good thing with being back in Sweden. The weather is fabulous, and also filmjök.

At these temperatures, a handful of frozen raspberries, a kiwi, a pear and filmjölk blitzed together makes a very nice lunch.

Milk with a bacterial culture, sort of like sourcream/yogurt/etc., I guess. But milk rather than cream.

Well it may interest you that there is a similar thing in South Africa, and its called Carringmelk. FilmJok like buttermilk then?

And how do you pronounce it?
